I have only ordered the one reel of Pro's Pro Kingut but I found your service to be truly first class. I ordered and a couple of days later I had the product all the way from the west coast to the east coast. Fast speedy and reliable. I have only strung one racquet with the Kingut but the customer seemed to like it a lot. I hope to string one of my own personal frames in a few days and playtest the string for myself. Overall very satisfied with the service and also the product. Update: For me personally and for most of my members that I string for I found the following. I found the Kingut strings up extremely tight and I had to use the lowest recommended string tension when stringing their racquet. Everyone loves the string strung at a lower tension but when I stung it mid range or upper end they did not like the way it felt. This string has enough texture to give it nice feel and some spin capabilities. Overall a really good string with pretty good feel and touch and wears reasonably well too. Great price point for a high quality string.

Have not tried alone without the black force 19g poly. But figure it will play softer and be a little less durable, but give nice power. Similar to other well known synthetic guts on the market that i have tried over the last 13 years. So far i am a satisfied, customer enjoying a very good product at very reasonable prices. The pros pro grips were very good quality as well.
