Orders less than $89 ship for a flat $5.95 rate. Orders weighing more than 50 lbs. are subject to a bulk rate.
Valid in the Continental U.S. only. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico ship free up to 2 pounds.
Signature Confirmation is available for orders within the U.S. for an additional $2.90. We suggest using this service to avoid issues of stolen or misplaced packages.
Orders received after 11:00am PST may ship the next business day.
Most orders of up to 4 pounds arrive in 2-3 business days, while most orders above 5 pounds arrive in 4-6 business days.
NOTE: We waive all liability after successful delivery is confirmed by the carrier (USPS or FedEx). In the unlikely event of a loss, please contact your local carrier and file a loss report with the Tracking and/or Delivery Confirmation number provided.
International orders generally arrive in 6-10 business days.
Duties and Taxes
There are no U.S. taxes on orders shipped outside the U.S. BigT Tennis is not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties or taxes that result when your merchandise is imported to your country. Check with your local customs agency for details regarding possible duties or taxes on your order.
You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. BigT Tennis strongly suggests that you check with your local customs agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. BigT Tennis cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
As a courtesy to our customers, we mark international packages as "gifts" and declare the value to be a maximum of $25.00 US. This should keep your import duties to a minimum though we cannot guarantee that the package will not get inspected and higher duties levied on your goods.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or store credit 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. After 7 days no returns are allowed.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way, and still in original, unopened packaging.
If an item was incorrectly shipped by us please email Customer Service immediately.
Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be exchanged.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
