Description

A high performance string specially designed for clay court style players. It's multifilament core is made of high-strength micro fibers and is wrapped by 2 layers of braided filaments, coated with a layer of impregnated filaments. This adds protection from sand particles, increases ball speed for high topspin shots and offers incomparable touch for deadly drop-shots.  Compare to Tecnifibre X-One Biphase, Signum Pro Micronite.

Pro's Pro Claycourt Plus February 7, 2013
Reviewer: John Flowers from San Diego, CA United States
The person I spoke with at Big T was very knowledgeable and helpful.  Based upon his suggestion, I ordered Claycourt Plus.  It plays very well and is also soft as advertised.  I will definitely order another reel and try some other products in the future.

Well Balanced String September 29, 2012
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Austin, TX United States
I'm a 4.0 50/50 singles/doubles hardcourt player using a 95" 16x18 Yonex frame strung at 55/52 (by my own hand).   In doubles, I s&v, and when returning try to spend as little time on the baseline.

Compared to HiTech Multifilament, there's a bit more spin, power, feel for netplay.
I actually prefer the feel/feedback for groundstrokes and this is probably my favorite part of the string.  I find I'm able to hit some very nice angles.  Tension maintenance is less w/ CC+.  Strings do move as most multis do.  I use "bit" a lot when comparing strings, because it's not a dramatic difference, but it is different.

I can get 8-10 hrs before cutting out due to tension loss .  I'm happy to restring every 2-3 weeks.  I'm not a string breaker.

Other strings, Pro's Pro Gutex has more power, less feel/spin.  Torpedo has a lot more spin in the first 2-3 hrs, but then it goes awry.  Laserfibre Lasertour was my standard but is no longer available.

A must buy, this string is much better than Tecnifibre X-One Biphase. It is very powerful & the price is right! :)

Will buy again.
