I’m a loyal customer having bought miles of string and hundreds of grips. Pro's Pro sells high quality knock-off string with real comparisons to major brand stuff. I trust their products. At payment “something happened, transaction cancelled”. After three attempts it went through (using another card) but the previous failed transactions still showed up in my billing statement. Big T Tennis corrected it. But still an unnecessary hassle.

Still, I’ll be back. Good products. Quick shipping.

Not as tacky as some of the other brand named products (Wilson/Head/Prince), and a bit thin in the material (PRO: won't add thickness to your grip. CON: won't last for very long. A decent overgrip for the price in bulk.

I found PP G Tacky to be a nice and tacky over grip, but only lasts about an hour or so of playing time. I was disappointed, this is the first product from Bigttennis that I've said that about.
